Cyprus strongly condemns the Houthi missile attacks launched from Yemen targeting the Saudi capital Riyadh and other cities of the Kingdom on 25 March 2018 and expresses its grave concern for the risks to regional stability and peace. It is fortunate that all missiles were successfully intercepted by the Saudi Royal Air Defence Forces.

Cyprus reiterates its full support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against all threats to its security and territorial integrity.

We extend our sympathy and thoughts to the civilians affected by this attack.
