The Parcel24 service in the fight against the coronavirus

To help you avoid visiting the Post Offices during working hours, Cyprus Post is throwing the 24-hour Parcel24 locker systems in the fight against Coronavirus.

From Monday, April 6, 2020, and as long as the restrictive measures are in force, a number of registered items (barcode "R") and parcels (barcode "C") containing goods, provided that they bear the recipient's mobile phone, will be placed in the Parcel24 systems, regardless if  the recipient is a subscriber.

This campaign is aimed at customers whose postal address is served by the following Post Offices:

  • Lefkosia District Office
  • Lemesos District Office
  • Larnaka District Office
  • Pafos District Office
  • Agios Nikolaos, Limassol
  • Drosias, Larnaca
  • Lakatameia
  • Latsia
  • Makarios Avenue, Lemesos
  • Paralimni

The items will be placed in the systems which are installed outside the respective offices, except for the one in Drosia for which the items will be placed in the Parcel24 system at the ESSO petrol station, 220 Giannou Kranidiotis Street, 6047 Larnaka.

When the item is ready to be collected, you will receive a message on your mobile in the format:

ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΕΤΕΤΟΑΝΤΙΚΕΙΜΕΝΟ/COLLECT ΙΤΕΜΧΧ123456789ΧΧΠΛΗΡΩΤΕΟΠΟΣΟ/AMOUNT PAYABLE € 0. LOCKER: XXXXXXXXXXX, ΚΩΔΙΚΟΣ/PIN: XXXXXX.

Using the pin at the respective system, the locker containing your item will open. Items remain available for pickup for 72 hours after being placed in the system.

Due to the emergency, placement of items in Parcel24 lockers will be free of charge. Also, the "Per-Use" subscription will be free for as long as the restrictive measures apply.

For some items already in the Post Offices, you may have already received a receipt notification, either in print or by SMS. If the item is placed in a Parcel24 box, please ignore the previous notice.

Traffic to and from Parcel24 systems is subject to the restrictions contained in the relevant Decrees of the Minister of Health.

For any information or clarifications, you can call the Cyprus Call Center at 80002000 (free calls).
