The Commissioner for Volunteerism and Non Governmental Organizations, Mr. Yiannis Yiannaki, will participate on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 March 2021, in the two-day online festival organized by the United Nations in the framework of the global campaign to promote the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, with the theme “For the People and the Planet”.

This two-day festival will be attended by representatives from 60 countries, 300 speakers from all sectors of society and they will share bold ideas and actions in relation to the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. There will be dozens of online events and workshops.

Through this online two-day festival, the opportunity will be given to exchange good practices, strengthen collaborations, and most importantly to strengthen the momentum for the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
