  • 16,000 appointments made available for individuals aged 51-52 from April 19, at 7:30 am, until April 20, at 8 pm
  • The aim is to vaccinate a sufficient percentage of the population and return to normality as soon as possible

From Monday, April 19, at 7:30 am, until Tuesday, April 20, at 8 pm, only individuals aged 51 and 52 will be able to schedule a vaccination appointment for COVID-19. Specifically, through the Vaccination Portal, 16,000 vaccination appointments will be made available in all Districts, with the available licensed vaccines.

Aiming at the vaccination coverage of a sufficient percentage of the population as soon as possible, so as to allow for a further de-escalation of the restrictive measures and for the return of society to normality, the National Vaccination Plan against COVID-19 increases its pace on the basis of a larger vaccine flow expected in the coming months.

Up to April 17, a total of 210,576 vaccinations have been carried out, of which 152,603 concern the administration of the 1st dose and 57,973 concern the administration of both doses.
