In order to facilitate citizens for travel purposes and as a temporary measure until the implementation of the European Digital COVID-19 Certificate, the Ministry of Health will proceed, as of June 8, to the issuance of SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Certificates, for individuals who intend to travel abroad in June.

The Certificate will be issued in Greek and English only at the following locations:

For issuance of the Certificate, the beneficiary is required to visit the above locations with the presentation of the Vaccination Card and the Identity Card or Passport, for identification purposes.

It is reminded the issuance of a Vaccination Certificate is not required for travelling to Greece. The beneficiaries can present their Vaccination Card that is given at the Vaccination Centres.

The use of the SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Certificate is temporary and will be automatically revoked on the 1^st of July with the implementation of the European Digital COVID-19 Certificate, which will be used by all European Union states for travel purposes.
