Following an announcement issued last Friday, 13 August 2021, the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy would like to inform that Turkish Cypriots, who have been vaccinated and wish to obtain the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC) for travelling purposes, must submit a completed electronic application with all of the required documents to the Ministry of Health.

All required documents must be submitted electronically at the link www.moh.gov.cy\edvc. The applications and accompanying documents will be automatically forwarded to the email address eudcc.tcvac@moh.gov.cy without the need for any further action by the applicants. The applications will be examined and their processing will be completed within 48 hours.

The applicants, after having been informed electronically that their application has been approved, will be able to proceed with the issuance of the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC) at the link https://www.eudcc.gov.cy/

The Service will be activated on Wednesday, 18 August 2021, at 12 p.m.

It is emphasized that the applications should be submitted in full in order to avoid delays during their processing.
