The President of the National Council (Parliament) of the Slovak Republic and leader of the National Party of Slovakia, Mr Andrej Danko, hosted a lunch in honor of the Cypriot Ambassador in Bratislava, Mr Nearchos Palas, on Friday, August 3, on the occasion of the completion of his term in Slovakia.

During the lunch, Ambassador Palas and Mr Danko discussed, inter alia, the latter’s official visit to Cyprus in December 2016 and re-affirmed the friendly relations between the two countries. Furthermore, Ambassador Palas had the honour to receive the “Medal of the Speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic” by Mr Andrej Danko.
