The President of the Republic, Mr Nicos Anastasiades, will leave tomorrow morning for Brussels, where he will participate in the proceedings of the European Council that will take place on 22 and 23 March.

In Brussels, the President will also participate in the Meeting of the European Popular Party, which will take place on the sidelines of the European Council.

The President of the Republic will be accompanied to Brussels by the Government Spokesman, Mr Prodromos Prodromou, and other officials.

President Anastasiades will return to Cyprus early in the morning of 24 March.
