The epidemiological image of various countries with regard to the COVID-19 disease has been re-evaluated by the Epidemiological Monitoring and Control of Infectious Diseases Unit of the Medical Services and the Public Health Services. Total Employment: 52.454In June 2020 total government employment increased by 15 persons in comparison to the corresponding month of 2019 and reached 52.454 persons. Permanent staff decreased by 685 persons (-2,4%), from 28.312 to 27.627 persons. House Price Index (HPI): 1st quarter 2020, annual change 1,1%
According to preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service, the HPI for the first quarter of 2020 amounts to 109,13 units. According to the results of the Wholesale and Retail Trade Survey, the main aggregates of the trade sector in 2018 registered a positive growth rate compared to 2017.In particular, turnover in the broad trade sector increased in 2018 by 6,5% to €13.021,2 million compared to €12.227,3 million in 2017.
