Announcement by the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy for the issuance of a European Digital COVID Certificate to Turkish Cypriots

The Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy informs Turkish Cypriot citizens, who have been vaccinated and/or recovered from Covid-19 and wish to obtain the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC), that this service will continue to be available until the 31st of October 2022.Those interested can visit the website https://edvc.moh.gov.cy/ for the issuance of their certificate.(NG)

Index of Industrial Output Prices: May 2022

The Index of Industrial Output Prices for May 2022 reached 130,4 units (base 2015=100), recording an increase of 4,1% compared to April 2022. EMA starts review for Imvavex Monkeypox vaccine

EMA’s human medicines committee (CHMP) has started a review of data to extend the use of the smallpox vaccine Imvanex to include protecting people from monkeypox disease.Imvanex is currently authorised in the EU for the prevention of smallpox in adults. Average Monthly Earnings of Employees: 1st quarter 2022

 Based on provisional data, the average gross monthly earnings of employees during the first quarter of 2022, amounted to €2.019 compared to €1.891 during the first quarter of 2021, i.e. an increase of 6,8% is observed.
