House Price Index (HPI): 4th quarter 2019 Annual Change -4,8%
According to preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service, the HPI for the fourth quarter of 2019 amounts to 101,81 units. Euro Medium Term Notes Dual Tranche
The Republic of Cyprus has priced today 7/4/2020 two new benchmark-sized Euro Medium Term Notes for a total amount of EUR1,75 bn. The EUR 1,25 bn 7-year EMTN was priced at spread of 165 bps over the mid-swap rate and the EUR 0,5 bn 30-year EMTN was priced at spread of 215 bps over the mid-swap rate.The combined orderbook reached EUR 2,6 bn (EUR 1,8 bn for the 7-year Note and EUR0,8 bn for the 30-year Note).Statistical details will be released tomorrow. The unemployed persons, registered at the District Labour Offices on the last day of March 2020, reached 26.353 persons.
