“Artificial intelligence can help save the planet from climate change” is the theme of this year's 3rd Creative Communication Competition, organized by the Press and Information Office in collaboration with seven universities in Cyprus.

The Competition is about creating an original project that can be used as a communication tool to attract interest and inform about the opportunities that artificial intelligence offers to tackle climate change.

Only undergraduate or postgraduate students of the universities who have signed the relevant Memorandum of Understanding with the PIO are eligible to apply.

Projects will be evaluated on the basis of originality and persuasiveness of the message.

Prizes of €1,000, €750 and €500 will be awarded to the top three entries (individual or group).

The PIO’s Creative Communication Competition is organized annually and is under the auspices of the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus Andri Anastasiades.
