The Department of Antiquities of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that the Archaeological Sites of Nea Pafos in Kato Pafos and the Pafos Castle will remain closed for the public from 19 April 2021, until further notice. The decision was taken after the detection of a Covid-19 positive case amongst the personnel working at the sites. The Department of Antiquities apologizes for the inconvenience caused as a result of this measure taken, which, however, is deemed necessary for the protection of public health.
