Presidential Elections 2018 – Ballot boxes closed at 12 noon
The Chief Returning Officer, Mr Kypros Kyprianou, announces that ballot boxes have closed at 12 noon at all polling stations of the Republic. Voting shall recommence at 1p.m.
The voters’ attendance and the voting in general run smoothly and orderly.
According to the Election Service’s data, until 12 noon, the turnout of voters is 30,2% of the registered voters.
